This Transfer miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to withdraw O.S.No.37 of 2025 from the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram and transfer the same to the file of IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ponneri to try along with O.S.No.571 of 2025.

2. The petitioner herein seeks intra district transfer of the case from the file of Madhavaram Court to the file of District and Sessions Judge, Ponneri. The petitioner has got remedy to move a transfer application before the Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur seeking transfer of the case. Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move transfer petition before the Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
