This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.99 of 2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been referred as 'further action dropped' (FAD) and a final report has been filed before the Central Crime Branch Court through e-filing on 26.04.2025 and RCS notice has been served on the de facto complainant on 23.06.2025.
