ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition viz., the petitioner 2/5
shall report before the Trial Court at 10.30 a.m., once in a month, i.e, first working day of every month, starting from November, 2018, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11693 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.531 of 2018 by its order dated 10.10.2018.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about 68 years. He is suffering from Coronary Artery disease/PTCA to PDA and Diabetes mellitus type-2 and he is under regular medical treatment. Due to his old age and medical condition, the petitioner finding it very difficult to comply with the condition. Hence, prays to relax the condition. 3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions diligently.
4.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner and 3/5
on perusal of the medical report and also the submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court at 10.30 a.m., once in a month, i.e, first working day of every month, is totally relaxed.
