ORDER
The civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the Sub-Court Alandur to dispose of the LAOP.No.1456 of 2021 within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner is one of the claimants in LAOP.No.1456 of 2021. When the matter came up for hearing before this Court on 13-02-2026, this Court directed the registry to get remarks from the concerned judge regarding the time line required for disposal of the LAOP.No.1456 of 2021.
3. The learned Sub-Judge, Alandur, in his letter dated 25-02-2026 in Dis.No.151/2026, stated that the claimants 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 filed their claim only on 18-06-2025 and some other claimants are yet to file their claim statement. The learned trial judge also mentioned in his letter that he required six months time for disposal of the LAOP.
4. Taking into consideration the remarks submitted by the learned Trial Judge, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub-Court, Alandur to dispose of the LAOP.No.1456 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
