Nos. 5 and 10 of Mel-Patchur Village, Natramballi taluk, standing in the names of the respondent No.4 to 16 and consequently direct the 1s respondent (The District Revenue Officer, Tirupattur) to consider and dispose of the petitioners representation dated 21.10.2025 in accordance with law, by restoring the original patta No.27 in the name of the petitioner, Rangasamy, S/o.Rathinavel as the sole legal heir For Petitioner(s):

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking to cancel the patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2025 and restore the original patta No.27 in the name of the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner contends that fraudulently pattas have been issued in favour of various parties viz., the respondents 4 to 16 in this writ petition and the same have to be cancelled and the original patta No.27 has to be restored in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner had given a representation on 21.10.2025 to the official respondents for the said purpose. Since the said
representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.
3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 to 16, notice to the respondents 4 to 16 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the private respondents viz., the respondents 4 to 16 as well as any other third party whom the official respondents deem fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2025, seeking for cancellation of patta Nos.223, 1112, 10434, 259, 1430 and 9885 and all related sub divisions created during the UDR period in respect of the lands morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of
this order after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 to 16 as well as any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire.
