This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to file the final report on Crime No.5/2025, within a stipulated time.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed in SR No.2680 of 2025, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gummidipoondi, on 30.08.2025.
