This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as against the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Thiruvallur, made in Na.Ka.No.2110/2024/A3, dated 26.07.2024.

3. Eventhough in the prayer to this writ petition, it has been mentioned as revision application, it should be read as appeal. The appeal is pending before the respondent. No prejudice will be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's appeal is directed to be disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Thiruvallur, made in Na.Ka.No.2110/2024/A3, dated 26.07.2024, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
