When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed in CMP No.1504/2025, before the learned Principal District Judge, Tirupattur. However, further action was dropped and Referred Charge sheet notice was also served on the petitioner. The very same counsel had earlier filed Crl.O.P.No.20548 of 2025 with the similar relief and this Court has disposed of the same on 22.07.2025.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if so advised.
