ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) rd respondent The writ of mandamus has been instituted to direct the 3 to consider the representation and objections dated 10.11.2025 to Na.Ka.No 2024/2022 / F2 dated on 03.09.2025 on the file of the 3rd respondent.
2. It is not in dispute between the parties that notice under Section 128 (1)(b) of Tamil Nadu Urban Local Government Rules Act, 1998 was issued for removal of encroachments.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that explanation along with the documents have already been submitted before competent authorities. However, they are yet to consider the same.
4. Authorities are bound to consider the explanations submitted by encroachers and take a final decision, and if any encroachments are
identified, then enforcement actions are to be continued and to be concluded within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
