ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2025 and consequently direct the fourth respondent to act upon the order dated 02.06.2025 of the third respondent and to grant patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Since the said representation has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2025 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this Court directs the fourth respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2025, seeking for issuance of patta in his name by acting upon the order dated 02.06.2025 of the third respondent pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections from the neighbouring land __________Page 2 of 4

owners and any other party whom they deem fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. No Costs.
