ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the correctness and validity of the order dated 10.09.2025.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on advance copy, however, brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had earlier challenged the validity of the order passed by the Magistrate before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, though unsuccessfully. The Debts Recovery Tribunal dismissed the petition vide its order dated

13.11.2025. An application seeking modification was also, thereafter, rejected on 17.11.2025.

3. Suppressing the aforesaid facts, the petitioner has conveniently filed this petition before this Court seeking to again challenge the order passed by the Magistrate.

4. Apparently, this petition is frivolous and at the same time, abuse of the process of law. Petition is liable to be dismissed and is dismissed, with costs of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) payable to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one month. Consequently, the interim applications stand closed.
