ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal dated 08.08.2019, which is pending on the file of the 1st respondent. Page No.1 of 4

2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. Since no adverse orders are passsed in this writ petition as against the 2nd and 3rd respondents, notice to the respondents 2 and 3 are dispensed with.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's appeal is directed to be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 08.08.2019, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. No costs.
