This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to issue patta in the name of the petitioner based on the petitioners' patta application dated 13.10.2025.
2.The petitioners claim that since the Land Ceiling Proceedings initiated against the petitioners' property having been quashed by an order passed by this Court, the respondents are empowered to issue patta in favour of the petitioners for the subject property. The petitioners also claim that they have submitted all the relevant title deeds before the respondents to prove their ownership and possession of the property. The petitioners have submitted an application on 13.10.2025 seeking for issuance of patta. Since the said application has not been considered till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.The petitioners have filed all the relevant documents to substantiate their case that there is no restriction for the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioners since the Land Ceiling Proceedings initiated against the property for which patta is sought for has already been quashed by an order passed by this Court.
5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioners' application seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioners is considered, on merits and in accordance with law. 6.Accordingly, this Court directs the fourth respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' application dated 13.10.2025 seeking for issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the petitioners in the light of the submission made by the petitioners that the Land Ceiling Proceedings earlier initiated against the property for which patta is sought for by the petitioners has already been quashed by this Court.
