ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representations seeking for rectification of the patta entry for the land, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

2.Since the representations have not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. Admittedly, the patta for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, stands in the name of the fifth respondent. However, the petitioner claims that she is the owner of the property and is also in possession of the same.

3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

4.Since no adverse order is passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.

5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations seeking for rectification of patta is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent as well

as any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.

7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 12.02.2024, 12.05.2025, 13.05.2025 and 10.07.2025 seeking for rectification of the patta entry in respect of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent as well as any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
