This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 152 days in preferring the above said Criminal Appeal against the Judgment and conviction rendered by the Sessions, Judge, The Special Court for exclusive Trial of Pocso cases, Vellore in Special S.C.No.163 of 2022 dated 16.04.2025 and pass orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 152 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
