ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 10.11.2023 passed in W.P.No.869 of 2018. However, during the pendency of this contempt petition, now the Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of Land Reforms/competent authority has passed the final order in Na.Ka.No.388/2026/E4 dated 09.01.2026 on receipt of the application submitted by the petitioner. In view of the same, this contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law, if so aggrieved by the final order passed by the competent authority.
