This petition has been filed seeking to amend the prayer in this writ petition from calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Reverse Auction Notice bearing No GEM /2023 / R / 267589 dated 19.11.2023 issued by 2nd Respondent inBid No.GEM/2023/B/3950474 for supply of Steel Cord Belt
to the first respondent and also the Reverse Auction held on 21.11.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to re-launch the Reverse Auction fresh on a suitable date in respects of the said bid for supply of steel Cord Belt to 1st Respondent to In the light of the above stated facts and circumstances, it is prayed that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Director in the nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the respondents and quash the contract No.GEMC-511687778715269 dated 28.11.2023 issued to the petitioner by the first respondent that was communicated by the second respondent on 29.11.2023.
2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
