ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the order in Crl.O.P.No.123 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025 by including the offence under Sections 137(2), 64(2)(m), 89 of BNS 2023 r/w 5(I) r/w. Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act 2012 instead of offence under Sections 137(2)(3) of BNS 2023 and Sections 5(I) r/w Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act 2012.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Crl.O.P.No.123 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025 and issue fresh copy of the order. Further, one week time is granted to the petitioner

to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) to the credit of District Legal Services Authority, Vellore, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
