ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner/A1 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.768 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police registered for the offences under Sections 329(4) and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent, Police, within a stipulated time. 2.

Though the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief, however, at the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer, and sought a direction of this Court, to the first respondent Police to file the final report at the earliest.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the case has been registered recently and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.

Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the first respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.768 of 2025 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
