ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.7(b) of the order dated 17.11.2025, in Crl.O.P.No. 30720 of 2025.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate, [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is having four previous cases. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate as well as the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition is not sustainable, I am not inclined to modify the conditions imposed against the petitioner.
