ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1050 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 26.10.2022 made in Spl. S.C.No. 34 of 2018 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Sessions Court, Ariyalur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1050 days is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.2000/- payable to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on or before 25.11.2025. On such deposit, Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.

4. Post the matter on 25.11.2025.
