3. Ms.S. Vasavi Sridevi, learned counsel, who takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.S. Santhosa Kumar, learned counsel, who takes notice for the 2nd respondent did not raise any objection in allowing this petition. This court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is ordered.
