Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent, Mr.C.S.K.Sathish, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and Mr.K.M.Ramesh, learned Senior counsel for Mr.V.Subramani, learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent. They do not have any objection in condoning the delay petition. In respect of other respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they are not the main contesting respondent. Therefore, the petitioner seeks permission to give up those respondents from the array of respondents both in the petition and in the proposed writ appeal.
Recording the same, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
