ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondents.
2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 42 days in filing the appeal.
3. Taking into consideration the short period of delay and the cause shown, we are inclined to condone the delay.
4. Application for condonation of delay is allowed.
5. It is submitted that in similar matters, viz., in W.A.Nos.100 of 2026, 3112, 3073, 2252 and 3234 of 2025, this Court admitted the appeals and granted interim stay of the common impugned order.
6. Taking into consideration the said submission, the Registry is directed to number this appeal and treat the same as admitted and tag along with W.A.Nos.100 of 2026, 3112, 3073, 2252 and 3234 of 2025.
