The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1) and 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 in Crime No.36 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other accused was involved in running a brothel house under the guise of an Event Management office. Based on the secret information, the respondent police conducted a raid, arrested the accused and secured the victims.

3. It is seen that, earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 11.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30663 of 2025 by stating the following reasons:

On perusal of the statement of the victims, it is seen that the petitioner had actively participated in the alleged offence. Considering the submissions made by learned counsels on either side, the nature of allegations and at this stage, if the petitioner is released on bail, there is every likelihood of his indulging in similar activities, therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
