This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. __________Page 1 of 4

2.The petitioner claims that she is the owner of the aforementioned property and is in possession of the same. She has submitted an application with the respondents seeking for issuance of patta in her name. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
