Mr.E.C.Ramesh Standing Counsel (in both WPs) COMMON ORDER The writ petitions pertain to grant of site visit certificate for the tender called by the respondents. The tender was for construction of storm water drain in several zones, post the demolition of the existing drains.
2. When the matter was called, Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel, for the Greater Chennai Corporation, reports that the tender for storm water drain has been cancelled. His statement is recorded.
3. When the tender itself is cancelled, the question of issuance of site certificate, does not arise. Hence, writ petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
