ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends the arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 465, 466, 468, 471, 420 & 120B of IPC, 1860, in Crime No.5 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reported that this is the second anticipatory bail application and that the earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28985 of 2025 dated 28.10.2025.

3. Now, the petitioner has filed the present anticipatory bail application that too without any change in circumstances is not entertainable. Since, there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 09.12.2025 gbi
