Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 5th and 6th respondents to pay the difference of accumulated Stipend Arrear Amount of Rs.1,56,000/- (Rupees one lakh fifty six thousand only) for the demand made in the letter dated 10.05.2025 as per the Revised G.Os. - G.O. (Ms) No.335, Health and family Welfare (MCA-2) department, dated 29.07.2021 and (ii) G.O.(D) No.98 Health and Family Welfare (MCA-2) Department dated 25.01.2023 for the service rendered between March 2022 to March 2023 with interest till date For Petitioner : Mr.P.Gnana Sekaran For Respondents : Mr.M.Bindran, Additional Government Pleader

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 5th and 6th respondents to pay the difference of accumulated Stipend Arrear Amount of Rs.1,56,000/- (Rupees one lakh fifty six thousand only) for the demand made in the letter dated 10.05.2025 as per the Revised G.Os. - G.O. (Ms) No.335, Health and family Welfare (MCA-2) department, 2/4

dated 29.07.2021 and (ii) G.O.(D) No.98 Health and Family Welfare (MCA-2) Department dated 25.01.2023 for the service rendered between March 2022 to March 2023 with interest till date. 2.

In a similar type of writ petition in WP.no.39319 of 2025, wherein the issue involved is the same as in this writ petition, this Court by order dated 22.10.2025, issued a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner therein. Therefore, the same order can be passed in this writ petition as well.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of this writ petition, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2025 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order, after hearing the petitioner. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
