ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's on-line applications dated 15.10.2025 and 17.10.2025 seeking for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the said applications have not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Mr.C.Jaya Prakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondent, if the said authority is directed to consider the online applications submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after __________Page 2 of 5

hearing the objections from the neighbouring land owners, and any other party, whom the respondent deems fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) The respondent is directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's online applications dated 15.10.2025 and 17.10.2025 seeking for transfer of patta in her name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing objections from the neighbouring land owners, and any other party, whom the respondent deems fit to enquire. (b) The aforesaid exercise shall be completed by the respondent within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
