ORDER
The present application is filed by M/s.Trimex Industries Private Limited seeking to allow the Applicant to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,59,48,933/- (Rupees One Crore Fifty Nine Lakhs Forty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty Three only) out of the amount of Rs.10,63,97,154/- lying to the credit of E.P.No.69 of 2018.
2. This Court has considered the similarly placed applicants on 12.11.2025 in A.Nos.4793, 4794, 5571 of 2025 & 5570 of 2023 in EP.No.69 of 2018. The present applicant has not filed the application along with the other applicants in A.Nos.4793, 4794, 5571 of 2025 & 5570 of 2023 in EP.No.69 of 2/6
2018. The order dated 12.11.2025 squarely applies to the present applicant and the plaintiff had extracted a claim in paragraph 20 of the present application and the same is extracted hereunder:- "20. I submit that, the aforesaid sums are attached by order of this Hon'ble Court, in favour of the Applicant and so needs to be paid to the Applicants in the manner as decided by the Hon'ble Court, earlier and which is extracted hereunder:- S .
