Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit in support of the application, this application is allowed and the delay of 2 days in filing the Original Petition challenging the impugned award, is condoned. Registry is directed to number the original petition, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission. At the time of admission, Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.S.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel appearing for respondent.
