ORDER

The petitioner who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c) r/w 22(a), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.716 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, along with other accused persons, was found in illegal possession of 2.5 grams of Methamphetamine, which is an intermediate quantity. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and only on the confession statement given by the co-accused, he has been falsely implicated in the case. He further submitted that co-accused were enlarged on bail by this Court in Crl.OP.Nos.31215 & 30800 of 2025 vide order dated 18.11.2025. He also submitted that the petitioner is willing to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) appearing for the respondent police while opposing the anticipatory bail to the petitioner, reiterated the prosecution case and reported that totally 11 accused involved in this case and though the property was recovered from A1 and the trail of supply taken to various persons and it reached the petitioner herein and the statements recorded from arrested accused it revealed that this petitioner only supplied the Methamphetamine and the investigation in this case is not concluded.

5.Considering the fact that this petitioner is alleged to have been the supplier of contraband, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail.
