When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been referred as 'further action dropped' (FAD) and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram through e-filing on 24.03.2025 and RCS notice has been served on the de-facto complainant on 24.03.2025.
