ORDER

Heard, Mr.S.Senthilnathan, learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner.

2. The petitioner is the aggrieved party and is entitled to the challenge the alleged collusive decree obtained by the respondents in O.S.No.451 of 2013 dated 21.01.2014 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Coimbatore. P.B.BALAJI J.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am prima facie satisfied that the petitioner is entitled to invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

4. Leave is granted as prayed for and the petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order, and post the matter for admission on 24.11.2025. 21-11-2025 mpl
