Mr.N.Umapathi, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the Respondents.
2. This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission itself with the consent of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents.
3. The Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025. The petitioner is the beneficiary under a Will dated 04.06.2019 said to have been executed by one G.Subramanian in favour of the petitioner. It is informed by the petitioner that the said executor of the Will still alive. The representation of the petitioner based on the aforesaid Will particularly, when the executor of the Will still alive cannot be countenanced. 2/4
4. That apart, the schedule to the Will itself indicates the property is a Government property. As such, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted therefore, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. No costs.
