This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the Judgment dated 07.07.2025 passed by the learned I Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore in Crl.A.No.59 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 12 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
