ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that though the present petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.266 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent police 1/4

for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023, however, the investigation in the said case has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore in S.R.No.73031 of 2024 on 16.08.2023.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed as no further adjudication is necessary in this petition. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
