This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to defreeze the bank account of the petitioner having Account No.0497302000000091 maintained at DBS Bank, Panapakkam Branch, Nemili Taluk, Ranipet District in respect of Crime No.232 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent Police.
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance of on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Arakkonam, in S.T.C.No.340 of 2025. He further submitted that the petitioner has pleaded guilty and the case has been disposed of.
