ORDER

The petitioner had applied for tender, for improvement of the roads, in several zones under the Greater Chennai Corporation. The petitioner had approached the respondents for issuance of the machinery certificate in order to enable him to participate in the tender.

2. When the matter is called, Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel, states that the certificate will be issued by tomorrow i.e., 25.11.2025. His statement is recorded. There shall be a direction to the respondents to issue certificate by tomorrow i.e., 25.11.2025.
