This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to receive the petitioner sale deed dated 14.11.2025 and thereby register the same.
2. Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the stage of admission itself.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the demise of petitioner's father, the petitioner and his brother entered into partition on ancestral properties. Accordingly, the petitioner was allotted with "B" schedule property, which consist of 16 items. Thereafter, the petitioner decided to sell the 11th item in the above said partition deed property to one Mrs.Usha and prepared a sale deed for registration. However, the second respondent refused to receive and register the same, orally stating to get "DTCP" approval from the concerned authority. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.
4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that the respondents will receive the sale deed, if it is otherwise in order.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to receive the petitioner's sale deed dated 14.11.2025 and thereafter, decide the matter if it is otherwise in order.
