This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the closure report dated 23.10.2025 and consequently direct the respondent to register FIR in respect of the complaint dated 13.07.2024 vide CSR No.588 of 2024.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in LTN 2023000086 C202600008 on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Alandur.
