This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025 for granting permission/certificate of vending for running a bunk shop at 154, Annasalai Road, State Bank Street (SBI Corner) (Opp.Addison), Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is running a bunk shop and selling tea, coffee and food items by using LPG Gas Stove. It is stated by the petitioner that the respondents are attempting to remove the bunk shop and hence, she made a representation on 15.10.2025 for granting permission/certificate of vending, but till date no orders have been passed by the respondents. The learned cousnel for petitioner submits that it will suffice if the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2025 and pass 2/4

appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
