(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order dated 02.06.2025 in W.P.No.17182 of 2025 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner was subsequently considered and order has also been passed and that there is no willful disobedience.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved with the order passed by the respondent dated 14.10.2025, he can work out his remedy in the manner known to law. [P.V.,J.] [M.J.R.,J.] 06.02.2026 ksa-2
