ORDER
The main Writ Petition seeks an order not to allocate funds under the Prime Minister Housing Scheme or under the Tamil Nadu Government's Amma Housing Scheme and to remove the overhead water tank constructed therein. The interlocutary prayer seeks an order of injunction restraining the respondents 3 to 6 from carrying on any construction activities. This shows that not only the funds were allotted but construction activities have also commenced. 2.The interim order sought for exceeds the relief in the main Writ Petition. Hence, it is not entertainable. Accordingly, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to file a Writ Petition challenging the construction over his property and move for such interim order as he may be advised.
