ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for modification of the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for every Saturday for a K.RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.M.P.No.23631 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30898 of 2025 period of 3 months instead of the petitioner/accused shall stay at Salem and report before the Hasthampatti Police Station, Salem District on evey Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in the order dated 12.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30898 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30898 of 2025, dated 12.11.2025, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation"
