ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members, without following the due process of law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that, based on the complaint given by the 2nd respondent as against the petitioners, enquiry has been conducted by the 1st respondent in CSR.No.292 of 2025 and the same has been closed as early as on 20.11.2025 and that the 1st respondent did not harass the petitioners and they were called only for enquiry.
