The appellant has filed this petition to order substituted service for the respondent No.2 by paper publication in issue of one Makkal Kural, Tamil, Ariyalur Edition and one Trinity Mirror, English - Ariyalur Edition. 2.The learned counsel for the appellant appeared and submitted that, despite notices having been ordered on several occasions, the second respondent

has not yet been served.

3. The learned counsel for appellant is directed to take substituted service on the second respondent by way of paper publication in one issue of Makkal Kural (Tamil), Ariyalur Edition, and one issue of Trinity Mirror (English), Ariyalur Edition, on or before 23.01.2026, stating that the above Second Appeal will be taken up for hearing on 17.02.2026.
