(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Based on vague pleadings, petition has been filed, in complete abuse of process of law, seeking direction for closure of the activity of private respondent, who happens to be the tenant.

2. The dispute is sought to be raised through the cloak of a writ petition.
