ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.28529 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025 that "the petitioners shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". 1/4

When the matter taken up for hearing today, it is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent that the petitioners have not complied with the conditions regularly for 31 days and thereafter not complied with and now they have approached this Court seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28529 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025, on the ground that they could not able to do their daily routine work due to which, they are unable to comply with the condition thereafter.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, and also considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioners, I am of the view that, the petitioners shall continue the conditions as ordered by this Court, hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28529 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 02.12.2025 ssi To:
